- All orders must be placed through this website, and paid for with a credit or debit card.
- All orders must be placed before midnight before the chosen date of shipping, local delivery, or store pickup.
- Ordering is limited to 30 days in the future to ensure product availability.
- We do not accept orders over the phone, or via in-person drive-up.
- We are not able to directly accept New Scenic Cafe gift cards as payment for purchases.
- We DO sell and accept electronic Mise en Place Marketplace "gift cards"

- Requests may be made for additions, subtractions, or other changes to an order up until midnight on our order deadline days (see below).
- If you wish to change your order after a midnight deadline, your order will need to be pushed to the next available delivery or pick-up day.
- We cannot substitute or exclude any ingredients. All of our meal kits and other foods are made and packaged identically.
U.S. SHIPPING Information
- Shipping is available to the contiguous United States only. We can only deliver to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O's or F.P.O's.
- Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout based on the total weight of the items in the order.
- All orders ship via UPS Next Day Air to ensure freshness and proper refrigeration.
- To avoid delivery delays, shipments leave our store on Monday through Thursday only.
- Recipient should be home to accept packages. The shipper will release the packages if the recipient is not home, please choose your ship date carefully. We will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released or packages that spoiled, stolen or destroyed by pets or animals. Please make sure someone will be there to accept the packages.
- We will take the utmost care packaging and handling your perishable purchases in insulated shipping packaging. Perishable items which are packed with ice packs are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Do not discard any of the packaging if there is a problem. Credit will not be granted if items are discarded or partially consumed.
- We are not responsible for packages which are lost or spoiled due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please carefully check and confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc. Shipping companies are not responsible for address corrections or verification of address.
LOCAL DELIVERY Information
- Local messenger delivery is available within a 30-mile radius from city center of Duluth, Minnesota. See map below for reference.
- Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, and are made between 2:00pm and 7:00pm on the selected date, chosen during order checkout.
- Based on demand or unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that some deliveries will be pushed by 1-2 days. This is unlikely, and you will be notified ahead of time if this is the case.
- To minimize person-to-person contact, deliveries will typically be placed at your doorstep. If you would like it placed elsewhere, please include details in the "Special Instructions" text field when completing your order.
- Due to refrigeration needs, we prefer that someone is available to receive products at time of delivery. If you are not able to be present at time of delivery, please provide a cooler for us to leave your items in.
STORE PICKUP Information
- Store pickup is available from the New Scenic Café, located at 5461 North Shore Drive, 8 miles up the North Shore from Duluth.
- Pickups are available Monday through Friday, and are available from 12pm to 6pm on the selected date, chosen during order checkout.
- Based on demand or unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that some pickups will be pushed by 1-2 days. This is unlikely, and you will be notified ahead of time if this is the case.
- Please park your vehicle when you arrive at the New Scenic Café.
- Come to the Café's main entrance and knock on the door to get our attention.
- Provide the full name used to place the order, and our staff will retrieve your order as soon as possible.
